Thank You (Puppy Adoption Questionnaire)

Thank you for taking the time to complete a K9 Rescue Puppy Adoption Questionnaire.

Once applications are received, they are assessed by our trainers and staff to ascertain which potential adoptees are the “right fit” for each available puppy.

We are a small organisation of volunteers that rehome and rehabilitate over 200 dogs per year.

Please understand that we receive a large amount of applications when puppies are available.

We are therefore only able to contact applicants that have been SUCCESSFUL in securing a meet with a potential puppy.

We thank you for your understanding and patience during this busy time and thank you for supporting the rescue and rehoming of dogs in need.
