Thank You (Adoption Questionnaire)

Thank you for submitting an adoption application!

Our admin team will send you an email confirmation outlining the next steps as soon as possible. Your application will then be reviewed by our Kennel Manager.

We ask all applicants to provide photos of their backyard, fencing and any side gate(s). These help our team determine which dogs may be a suitable match for your home. To fast-track the process, please email your photos to office@k9dogrescue.org.au.

If you submitted your application over the weekend, our Kennel Manager will be back on Monday and will review it as soon as possible.

Please note that if your application is submitted outside our opening hours, our team will need sufficient time to review it before a meet and greet can be arranged. K9 Rescue Group operates by appointment only.
