Thank You (Adoption Questionnaire June 2026)

Hi there,

Thank you for submitting an adoption application form! Our Office Manager, Kennel Manager and Trainer will be reviewing your application to see if we have a suitable dog for you! This can take a few days. 

If we do not currently have a dog that is suitable for you, please don’t be disheartened as we have new dogs arrive to us every few weeks. We will keep your application on file for a minimum of 6 months and then when we do have a suitable dog arrive to us we can contact you to arrange a meet and greet.

If we do have a suitable dog(s) we will give you a call to arrange a meet and greet. 

Please Note: If you have applied for one of our Pug x French Bulldog puppies, applications will close at 3:00pm on Tuesday 9th June.

Due to the exceptionally high level of interest, our team will be reviewing all applications on Wednesday 10th June. As K9 Rescue Group is run primarily by volunteers, we are only able to contact the applicants who are selected to progress further in the adoption process.

If you do not hear from us after applications have been reviewed, please understand that your application was unsuccessful on this occasion. We greatly appreciate your interest in adopting and encourage you to keep an eye on our website for other dogs looking for homes.
