Bernie’s dream life is much more sophisticated: belly rubs, quality time with his favourite peeps, being included in the family antics, a leisurely stroll to maintain his figure… followed by more belly rubs.

This gentleman has so much love to give and is happiest simply being close to his people, soaking up affection and enjoying the finer things in life. A predictable routine, mental enrichment and some chilled-out daily exercise will keep this handsome boy thriving.

Sir Bernie would like to be king of his castle, so no furry siblings for this bachelor. Calm, controlled interactions with dogs while out and about can still be part of his world. Little hoomans can be a bit too chaotic for him, so a kid-free home or children 12+ will suit him best.

Bernie could live with full-time workers, provided he receives daily exercise, enrichment and plenty of quality time.
