At 10 years young, Annie has sadly found herself searching for a new beginning after her beloved owners passed away.

This beautiful senior girl is as sweet as they come and simply loves being close to her people. Whether you’re relaxing on the couch or pottering around the garden, Annie is happiest just being by your side. She’d be best suited to a home where someone is around more often than not, as she truly enjoys the comfort of human company.

Annie is unfortunately extremely overweight and is now on a carefully managed diet and gentle exercise program to help her safely lose weight, improve her mobility, and enjoy a happier, healthier retirement. Her new family will need to be committed to continuing this journey and resisting those puppy-dog eyes when she asks for extra treats!

She’s a very low-energy girl who would much rather enjoy a short leisurely stroll (for now) followed by an afternoon nap than head off on big adventures. Annie could happily share her home with a calm male dog or another gentle senior who isn’t overly boisterous or playful.
